UK Returns Policy
If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. Simply follow the instructions below:
- Contact customer services with your returns request (customerservice@lexxola.com)
- Within your email please include the following: order number, & reason for your return.
- Pack the product securely
- Ship your package to the following address: attn: Lexxola - fulfilmentcrowd Unit 20 Matrix Way Buckshaw Village Chorley Lancashire PR7 7ND
- On receipt of a return, we will check the products condition (the product must be in its unused original condition). Refunds will be made by our payment system within 10 working day
UK Exchange Policy

International Returns Policy

International Exchange Policy

EU Orders and Brexit
Orders destined for countries in the EU are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. If applicable, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it can be delivered. Please expect the invoice to receive from your carrier via the post or email.
Duties and taxes are calculated by your local customs authorities. These costs must be paid by the customer, and if refused, Lexxola has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.
Jersey Import Tax
The Government of Jersey charges 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) on most goods and services supplied in Jersey for local use, including imports. As part of the local laws and regulations, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it can be delivered. Please expect the invoice to receive from your carrier via the post or email.
International Orders
International orders might be subject to duties and taxes which are calculated by your local customs authorities. These costs must be paid by the customer, and if refused, Lexxola has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.
Return and Refunds
Please note that Lexxola is not liable to refund local custom taxes and duties. In the case of a return for refund, we recommend claiming your tax refund with your local authorities.
Non-Refundable Costs
-Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
